Your pieces will be ready for pickup in 7-10 days! We can hold your artwork for up to 45 days. We cannot guarantee your pieces will be available for pickup after that time period.

Event/Party Cancellation Policy:
Party fees are non-refundable. Please allow 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation, we will apply your payment to a purchase in-studio within the next 60 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will forfeit their payment. 

Table reservation fees will be refunded if cancelled with 2 hour notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will forfeit their reservation fee.
